Amberley is an attractive farmhouse style property with the rear of the house facing south west, enjoying wonderful sunsets and extensive views over open countryside, to the Quantock hills. There is a comfortable sitting room with a log fire in the colder months and a large conservatory where meals may be taken. The whole house is centrally heated.

Situated in the small village of Long Load, which is essentially a farming community on the edge of the Somerset moors and levels with all its magical scenery and wildlife.

There is a wealth of history to be found in the churches, small towns and villages of South Somerset, also many beautiful and famous gardens and National Trust properties.

Amberley is well positioned between the north and south coasts of Somerset and Dorset, the Quantock hills are less than an hour's drive away. Much closer to home is the motor museum of Haynes and the Fleet Air Arm museum at Yeovilton.

There are footpaths to walk, a river to fish and golf to play all within a short distance from the house.

We hope you will feel quite at ease during your visit here and will do all we can to make your stay a happy and relaxed experience.
