Amberley is an attractive farmhouse style property, with the rear of the house facing south west. Guests enjoy wonderful sunsets and extensive views over open countryside, towards the Quantock hills. There is a comfortable sitting room with a log fire for the colder months and a large conservatory where meals may be taken during the warmer season. The whole house is centrally heated.
We are situated in the small village of Long Load on the edge of the Somerset Levels and moors with all its magical scenery and wildlife (a good walking area). There is a wealth of history to be found in the churches, small towns and villages of South Somerset, along with many beautiful and famous gardens and National Trust properties. We are also close to Haynes Motor Museum and the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton.
We hope you will feel quite at ease during your visit here and we will do all we can to make your stay a happy and relaxed experience.
